DR. RONALD L. VICTOR
With more than thirty-five years of practical experience, Ronald L. Victor, Ed. D. knows the many modern challenges faced by communities, businesses, school districts and organizations of all types. Dr. Victor’s experience includes work as an adjunct professor, consultant, guidance counselor, assistant principal, business manager and as a highly successful superintendent.
Dr. Victor’s goal is to inspire leadership, achieve commitment and celebrate success by building sustainable leadership at all levels so that schools bring hope and value to their communities, students, parents, businesses and staff.
PATRICIA J. PEDERSEN
Patricia served as an award-winning business manager for the Euclid City Schools and is currently an adjunct faculty member at Lakeland Community College. She earned a B.B.A. degree from Cleveland State University, as well as a Master’s in Public Administration. She serves as Senior Communications Specialist with Leadership Ideas.
Patricia understands the value of educating today’s youth under the watchful eye of a caring community, involved business leaders and experienced administrators.
